Manual trans issue

Have a 2000 gs ecplise, I can shift in any gear without pushing clutch pedal. Nothing grabs in any gear,does anyone know what my problem/s my be? I do have fluid in tank. Please help I am frustrated!!!

Will look at that, if this happened would there be evidence of this??
