Default trunk opens when brake is applid

I have a 2008 eclipse spyder and when the brakes are applied the trunk switch releases the trunk, anyone ever have this problem.I replaced the trunk with one from a salvage for hail damage. Its like when the brakes are applied it sends direct power to the trunk

Are you using the locking system that came with your car or did you install the new trunk lid and use the lock that was on it?

I had the one that came on the trunk lid when i replaced it (hail damage) but I changed it to the original one that was on the old hood but it did the same thing.I seems to have power sent to it when the brake is applied.Evrytime you push the brake pedal and release it you can hear the trunk release activate.
