If you're willing to custom-fabricate a new dash, you could replace the stereo with a "Pumpkin" stereo (which I'm considering doing). They have A/V inputs on the back, and you'd be replacing the existing car stereo with an Android touch screen.

I've seen the custom dash for the endeavor:
but not a Pumpkin installed in the Endeavor specifically. If you want to see a Pumpkin, just go on YouTube and search for Android Pumpkin. There are other brands of those things, so I'm sure I'm making the same kind of faux pas as calling tissue "Kleenex."

Haha. It's awesome to see this. This was done for my first Endeavor. I just bought another (had to part with my first one couple years ago, which I regret) and am working on another custom. This time I'm doing it myself.

Okay Now I want to ask you a million questions. I ended up installing a wireless backup camera system that fits over my rear view mirror.. Now I also went to the junk yard and picked up another bezel for my dash.. looked at a few videos and found this guy.. but now the next issue.. the actual install and exactly what to buy and what will fit my dash convert.

If you have snap chat or FB let me know.. would love to ask you some stuff..

Hey!

I would say this is the best video to follow.

Instead of using a trim piece, I'll be doing the custom job.
I'll post pics once I begin.

Tell me the exact model of stereo with GPS you will be using. I am having a hard time finding on the right size.

So, I OCD'd my way to finish this over the weekend, I was very happy with the end result.

As far as what stereo, any standard double din should fit well.
