CV Joint Problem? Please help

I have a 2004 Endeavor, the CV joint was replaced by Goodyear two weeks ago (I did not have any indication there was a problem, but since I drive 450 miles round trip every weekend I erred on the side of caution), my mechanic said the boots were leaking. I have never had any problems with my Endeavor before, of any kind <3

Since then, the CV joint/axle has been replaced three times because the front end has a terrible shimmy between 25-30 mph and again at 55-65 mph. The vehicle has been looked at by a transmission specialist who claims the Endeavor is the cleanest he has ever seen, no other problems but the CV joint needs to be replaced - again.

Has anyone out there had any experience like this? Any suggestions on what action to take next?
This has been a meticulously maintained vehicle with no problems before this. I have all the records of all work ever performed and I am the original owner. I am very saddened by this.

Have you tried flushing the transmission? My '04 started getting a shudder between 25 and 30 mph a while back. Some research suggested that I needed a transmission flush (I can't remember the particular explanation of the cause). After the flush it went away and hasn't bothered me for over 20,000 miles.
