Endeavor goes into limp mode

Default Endeavor goes into limp mode
My 06 runs perfect...then after about 5 minutes goes into limp mode. I disconnect the battery then hook it back up later. Runs perfect....for 5 minutes. What's up with this? Ecm has been changed recently.

Just ran an obd2 scan. I'm getting code p0657. A actuator supply voltage a circuit open. Ok......now what do I do?

Come to think of it.....I didn't have this problem until I drained out 6 ltrs of transmission fluid and replaced it with like kind. Now its throwing the code and going into limp mode. Think its related????
