Engine service soon
 

All the time that i bought my Endeavor, on the dashboard is burning Inscription "Engine service soon" but 1 time it wasn't burning, the guys from the computer diagnosis service said that it is fake, it is like a computer mistake, they tryed to remove it but nothing, so it is burning from 2004 ultill today. Maybe someone has this problem and knows how to remove it.
And it not has some effects on engine or something else.

Something doesn't seem right, there shouldn't be any reason why that service light would turn on unless something is really wrong. It would annoy the heck out of me if I had to see that button on everyday. Have you tried diagnosing that problem yourself? If so, did it throw any codes? Either it "really" is fake or the shop lied, I would get it checked out soon.

i need to find guy who fixes american cars, you know I am from Lithuania and some diagnosing is a problem but the guys who works with american cars says that it's fake , because we changed all belts, oil, antifreeze, oil in the gearbox.
and we drived with this car ~54000 miles.
