Default brakes

What’s up guys? About two weeks ago I replaced my brake pads along with the rotors. I did it myself with the help of some friends since it seemed like such an easy job, and it is. The only issue is that I noticed my e-brake isn’t holding as it usually did. Any suggestions?

If i'm on a level or flat surface it works fine but but if im parked in an upward surface it rools back very very slow. I noticed that cause my buddies driveway is almost like you're parking up hill, and the car jus slowly rools back.
