Default No 5 volts on TPS green/blue wire...

Hi guys.
I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Technica Evolution with MT and a 1.8 lts. engine.
My car have a real problem. Is supposed to be 5 volts in the green/blue wire on the TPS, MAF and in the IAC. I replace the ECU and the problem still the same. I read the ECU codes with my Snap on 2500 Scanner and the codes are: TPS and Baro Sensor. I realized a various tests using a Snap on Vantage to this sensors and the sensors are good.
I check all the ECU and chassis grounds and everything is OK.

Any professional help?
I will appreciate it.
Thanks.
