02 Galant ES V4-Balance Shaft Plug??

3 Attachment(s)
Replacing the timing belt and water pump on my car. I have all covers off to where the next step is to remove the tensioner. However, I have 2 maybe 3 issues and wondering if you can help.

Issue #1: Cam gear, balance pulley, and crankshaft pulley are at TDC, however, oil sprocket is not. When I remove the timing belt, can i just turn the sprocket to be aligned with the other pulleys?

Issue #2: The manual states to remove a balance shaft plug to insert a screwdriver at least 2" deep. Where's that plug? A real visual would help a bunch.

Issue #3: I've read that I cant insert the screwdriver if oil sprocket is not aligned which means because of issue#1, it will never happen.

So, I am hoping that you can help me locate this plug, educate me that i can remove the belt and just turn the sprocket to allow me to insert the screwdriver without messing anything up especially since the sprocket isn't crucial to have the timing marks...

Loading photos hoping it helps.

Thanks in advance for any advise.
