Hello , Hopefully someone can help me i have a 1995 galant 5 speed, it runs great but all of a sudden while driving it looses power an dies, my rpm drops to 0, it would start back up but then die again we removed the elc-4 fuse and ran fine. what is that fuse?It had done that before replaced fuel filter and catalac converter any suggestions would greatly be appreciated Thx
