Yeah, I just replaced all four of mine. You should use a hydrolic jack with a block of wood under your oil pan to jack the engine up. The front one is very easy. The rear is allot more complex. On mine, I had to remove the air intake box with the air filter and disconnect it from the throttle body. A very long socket extension makes getting the bolts that go into the frame out ALOT easier. Only disconnect one at a time, getting them lined back up was the most difficult part for me. Go for it! Let us know how you made out!!
