g'day! iv had my 2003 galant es for approx. 1 yr now and all ive been able to do to it is a k&n CAI,
and a Vibrant exhaust (2 1/2in) but no header. race shop in town says he could make me a header for $1000. cant find anything else performance for my motor.(4g63) looking for fuel and elec upgrades, and of course boost! need some major help here. appreciate any tips y'all have.

 

First you don't have a 4G63. You have a USDM 4G64.

Second the 8G Galant (1999-2003) is the same motor as the 3G Eclipse (2000-2005). So anything that fits the 3G will fit the 8G.

Don't bother with getting a header done since your going to replace that if you go FI.

You can either piece together your own turbo kit Click here. Or get a kit made for the 3G and fit it to your ride. You also have the choice with the RIPP Mod Supercharger.

Thanx for the links Prophet. I did know it was a 4g64, I had just been reading about 4g63. Probably why I typed it. Great price on the turbo kit. Guy up here quoted me $4500 to max my car out with turbo system. Where you get turbo for $50?
