Air Filter for 2002 DE
 

I have the i4 2.4L DE 2002. Looking to put a performance filter in. Advance Auto has 2 that I'm looking at. For $30 there is the Spectre high flow filter, and they also have 2 different K&N's. Below is a link. Just want to get some opinions, personal experience, pro's and con's for each.
