Hey guys i have a '94 galant se and the engie is locked(fried piston rings) and i wanted to know if anyone knows what kind of engine it has and if i can swap in a 2nd generation eclipse engine into it?(the turbo one) from the GS-T,GS-T Spyder, or the GSX? holla back cuz i really modified that galant and dont want it to go to waste. Yes, 2nd Gen Eclipse engines fit your 7th Gen Galant. Infact they bolt right in from what I remember. If you get a engine from a GST you can use the transmission and computer (ECU) in your installation.
