Galants Restricted ??

Galant 2.5 V6 24V Elegance, Manual.

UK - Completely standard

Hi all,
does anyone know if these have been limited / restricted.

I don't seem to ba able to go above 125MPH. That's around 5000 RPM so there should be more.

What top speed shopuld I expect to get out of it.

Most cars have a governor on them. The Galants in the USA are limited at 115 (v6) and 120 (i4). I suspect its the same overseas.
