How to adjust galant 2003 idle?

Hi, I own a galant 2003, And i had a high idle, so my grandfather decreased the idle speed, now the idle is really low, sometimes the car dies at the traffic lights, i dont talk to my granfather anymore so i want to fix it by myself, i know that there is an idle screw, but i just cant find it, Can someone tell me where is it? or show me a pic, so i can know where is it located at?
i would really appreciate it.

Sorry for my english

Your idle is controlled by the PCM through the Throttle Position Sensor and Idle Air Control Motor. There IS a screw to fine tune the idle but it should never need to be touched, it adjusts the intake air from the IAC motor which is controlled by your computer. If he turned this screw he masked a problem. If I remember correctly the screw is recessed in on upper rear flange fo rthe TB. If you can get it back to a reliable idle I would first change the TPS and if that doesn't work try the IAC motor. The TPS is fairly reasonable but the IAC is about $300. I was able to get a few at my local u-pull-it junk yard for a few dollars a piece, two out of the three were fine. Remember, the I4 and V6 IAC motors are different.
