02 Lancer head bolt tool
 

I have to replace the cylinder head on my daughters 02 Lancer and I'm gathering all necessary parts with the hopes of making this swap as quick as possible.

The Lancer has the 4G94 2.0 and the only manual I have been able to locate says that a special head bolt tool (MB991653) is needed, so far I have not been able to located this tool which I assume is a star type of socket. I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

My true love is in American iron, preferably big block Fords and my avatar is a pic of the 429 I built for my 54 Ford pro-street.

just use a 12 point socket i think its 12mm

Tnx, I was hoping it was something along that line but I didn't want to start tearing it down only to find some special order tool/socket was needed!
