2002 lancer...HELP
 

hey guys hows it going? i have a 2002 lancer oz rally. i have the error code P0421- warm up catalyst below threshold bank 1. I know its for the cat. I called Mitsubishi and the Recall on the cat was already done in october of 2006. the car now has a salvage title so it voids any warranty on it. Mitsubishi told me the car has 2 cats? a pre cat and a post cat?

how do i kno which one is bad? i called advace auto parts to price out the cats and they only have 1 cat showing up. anyone have any ideas?

Hey guys.. first post so don't get mad, I tried to find a more suitable thread for my question but couldn't figure it out.. I just recently bought a 2002 lancer oz rally and it has a lot more issues than what the guy told me but my problem is that the bolt for the tensioner pully is pulling to the right when I tighten it.. I have tried tapping it to the left with a hammer but because of the tight space I can't really get much force behind it and I have even tried keeping pressure on it with my right hand while tightening it with my left but it's still pulling.. any advice?
