2006 Lancer Sportback 2.4L - Exhaust - front pipe
 

Hey I've been a lancer Sportback owner for the past few years love the vehicle, but it's always been an interesting time sourcing specific parts, and for some reason particular parts are incredibly expensive. I.e I had to replace my basepan and the standard price at more auto parts supply's was around $800 vs. If I had the 2liter it would be $60. Luckily I sourced one for much cheaper.

This time I have to get my flex pipe/front pipe assembly replaced and most auto parts don't even have a part number for it, and the dealer ship literally quoted it for $1800. For a short piece of metal. I went on eBay and I've found similar exhausts for around $120, however i can't find any that are specific for my 2006 lancer Sportback 2.4L. I believe they were exclusively made in Canada so maybe that's some of the issue with sourcing parts.
Does anyone have any leads on where I can find this Front Exhaust pipe?
Looking on eBay the 2003-2006 2.4 outlander looks identical to the pipe I need(2 pipes running into one from engine to main exhaust.)

Worst case I think I can get it welded but I've been getting a lot welded on it recently and my welding mechanic buddy is moving garages so he's going to be a couple of weeks, so I have some time.
