Anti-theft code help

Anti-theft code help
Hi, If any one can help. Yesterday the car goes out of battery power (2002 Lancer). After fixed the problem see that the radio asks for the code (anti-theft). The problem is that I’ m and the 3r owner of the car and I don’t have the code card. Any one knows How can I found the code on the car? Or the only solution is to go to the dealer and pay a lot of money?
