Difference alloy wheels lancer gts 2011 stock

Hi all

I need someone with good eyes lol

Anyone here can tell me the difference between these two same stock Lancer 2011 GTS alloy wheels? The last one looks a bit ugly and the others looks good(With my eyes). Is it the tires, the wheels or its in my head :).

the first two pics look like 18inch wheels the same as on my car,

the last pic the wheels are definitely smaller more like 16in,
