Firmware change UM to EM

Does anybody here know is it possible to change firmware in MMCS? i have 261 UM and i want to change it to 261EM. Any solution? any Image file or something?Thanks in advance

It is impossible. They are different on a hardware level. Main difference is NTSC vs PAL display.
But you can still add European maps to UM MMCS.
