How to find the color of my car?

When I bought the car, the dealer has it listed as "red" well, it's a bit darker than red. I need to find the color so I can get some touch up paint and have the new parts painted to match as well.[/align] [/align] Anyone know how or where I could find out what color it is? I thought it was lava somthing something something, But I want to be sure so I do not buy the wrong paints.[/align]

I personally don't know where on the car to look for that, but you could always call Mitsub's customer service department and see if they would know where to look for that. I found them pretty helpful in the past findingout info onwarranty stuff.

you can go to a local auto parts store and give them the VIN and they can pull it. That's what I did to fill in some light scratches on mine. Its called "dandelion lightning yellow"!

Any of the main search engines, google, yahoo, msn and such will help. Just click the "auto" tab and enter the year, make, model...and you should be able to find it
