How to get the best price on a 2011 Lancer

Any types or advice on how to get the best finance deal on a 2011 Lancer ES AUTOMATIC CVT? What is the price I should be looking to get out the door? Finance APR rate?

I'd first go to Edmunds.com and dig out the pricing/invoice information for the exact model with options. Good info there once you load the car in. Really take some time and explore what's in there. Figure out what your tax, tag and title fees are yourself because those will be added when you buy and they are significant.
Also go to Mitsu's car website and find the special offers section that shows what rebates are out there. Make sure the Edmunds detail is including any rebates you find. They used to be very good about picking those up, but the last few months it seems they don't always make it in.
As for financing, find a credit union you're eligible to join and see what their rates are. Even if a dealer offers 0% financing, they often make up for that by not giving you as good a deal on the price of the car. You'll need to compare and crunch the numbers. There are some websites that you can google to give you some payment calculators.
IF you feel you might get hosed doing the transaction yourself, you might consider an auto broker. They'll charge a few hundred bucks, but could be worth it if you fear getting taken for extra thousands. I think Costco offers this, but you can find a local one and they'll take care of everything. Some people swear by them.
