Ok here's what I want to do. I am hoping to buy a base Lancer wreck, sell off all the remaining drive train and starting from there. I want to build a at least 700hp car. I'm pretty sure the evo's drivetrain probably can't handle that so I plan on buying aftermarket front end, rear end, and tranny. and pretty much everything in between. Can the base Lancer house the Evo's or Ralli art's rear end? Or do I have to start with at least a ralli art? Also what block should I start with?

 

Start with an evo, less money, less problems in the long run and a whole lot easier.
