Lower control arm and strut bolts stuck!!!

I am trying to change the rear strut on a 2003 Lancer OZ Rally. I have removed the nuts from both the lower control arm and the strut but I cannot get the bolts to come out. They turn with a wrench but won't come out. I have soaked them with penetrating oil for two days and beat them with a 3lb sledge but they still won't come out.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I don't want to have to take it to the shop $$$$

I'm having the same issue. I will be trying a torch tomorrow.

The one bolt closer to the center of the car came out okay, a little tough. The two nuts took a whole can of Liquid Wrench. But the outer bolt will not move out at all. It does spin though.

get a 6lb hammer!

Ah the joys. Theres a handy tool called a pittman arm puller, dont know if it will fit where youre working, but they clamp around then wind down to press out stuck bolts.
One time i had a stuck wheel hub, did literally use a sledge hammer to get it off. Raped the threads and ended up having to weld it back on!
