New 2011 Lancer issues

First off, hello all!

I did a quick search around and could not find any post (not easily at least) that suites my needs. Mostly because I was not sure how to even search for these issues.

Could anyone give me insight on what my car is doing. It is a new 2011 Lancer SE (under 4000 km now).

I have a couple questions/problems:

1)
The other day I was driving, it told me I had about 100 km left in the tank. I parked. Next day it would not start, while turning the key it said low fuel. I had to put more fuel in it in order for it to start. When I went to the gas station it would only take 49 litres (The website says it is a 59 litre tank). So if I had 10 litres left, where did my 10 litres go ?! Why would it not start. I phoned the dealership, they told me I would have to pay a shop charge where there is no engine light showing.

2)
Next thing, when I am slowing down, usually in second I notice this, my car will start to chug as if it is having trouble going. I will be going 20-30 km when it chugs and it is really annoying in traffic. Any idea what is going on here? Sometimes it is smooth. It will sometimes chug when downshifting too.

3)
Why is it when the car first starts, when I put the clutch down my rpm jumps up to around 2,500 with the clutch in and no gas being fed.

4)
While giving gas while moving I notice a hesitation sometimes. For example, I will give it gas and keep the pedal at the same location, the car will do nothing and then it will start going a few seconds later.

5) While idling sometimes, my rpm will not stay very still. It will idle about 700 +/-100. Sometimes it will drop to 500 and you can feel and hear the motor struggling to keep going, it then picks back up. This can happen with a/c on/off and with the air fully off. This is idling, in neutral, clutch not pressed, and brake is in.

6) Last thing I swear. When going into 1/2 or 5/r sometimes you feel a knotch. Is this mean I am putting too much pressure to the sides before sliding the shifter up or down. Also, when going into 4th, sometimes it feels rigid but for the most part it is smooth.

Thanks!!
