NG error code on DVD Drive

Hello,

I have a Lancer 2010 Sportback, and I have a problem on my DVD Drive on the MMCS.
I can't open the dvd-drive (left bottom button do nothing)

I'm enter in the service mode and I see an error code on DVD-Drive : NG CODE 00112

Can somebody help to re-open my dvd drive and remove the ng code. ?
