Planning on purchasing a 02-03 Lancer ES or OZ

I'm currently planning on purchasing a used 02-03 Lancer ES or an OZ rally, depending on what i can find for my money.

The mileage i seem to find for this used car is usually around 90k-110k miles. And i was starting to wonder.

Are there any known problems about this car? I've done my share of research and i've seen many owners have not had problems with this car (other than low power). I want to know what i should be aware of before purchasing this car.

For those of you who has had to have repairs, was it costly? Because i hear that minor issues can be costly because of the way this car was built. That is something i would like to know about.

Thank you

EDIT:
Oh and another question, does this car come standard with keyless entry? just curious.

How about a used 2008 Lancer? More power and a nice ride too.

lol you act like money isn't an option. The reason i plan on purchasing a 02-03 lancer is cause it's in my price range (5g-6g). Thats why i dont plan on buying anything younger than that, mainly because i can't afford it. And i dont plan on purchasing the car for tuning, i plan on purchasing the car for reliability and transportation from home to work to school. Between juggling payments of this car, school, bills, i just cant afford to tune cars.

How many miles do you currently have on it? Cause i see alot for sale in my area but alot of them are around 90k-110k. Most cars tend to start needing repairs at that point, so i was just wondering if i should just wait and see what else comes on the market.

i'd love to purchase a honda i would sicne they are known for their reliability, but around here honda's seem to go for more. Especially 2000+. Thats why i want to know so much about this Lancer year/model specifically.

Oh man! Where were you 2 weeks ago. I traded my 03 OZ in because I couldnt find a buyer. It was in pristine condition with 63k miles.
