After much searching and YouTube video watching (even in other languages), I've figured out how to add keys and remotes to my car, a 2008 Lancer GTS. The instructions are right in the user manual, but can be confusing, so I've made my own video showing the process. I hope it helps everyone who is looking to either add a new key to their car, and/or to program a new remote.
