QUESTIONS ABOUT THE REAR SUSPENSION (ralliart)

Is the 2004lancer ralliart rear suspension suppose to bemuch lower than the front ...straight from the factory??
Because front tires of my carhas about 2 inches of clearance from the fenders. while the rear has none, but it is not rubbing against the fenders.

Also, i just realized the other day that the left rear suspension seems to be a little bit lower than the right. I'm not sure if it can be the spring or shock problems because I dont hear any noise coming from it when going over bumps.

Just replace your struts or shocks. it is 2004 model if you bought your car used the more you will likelyreplace it.

Your car is 3 yrs old so time to buy new shocks. One of the must be broken or both. You will get insane looking for that small problem save time and just buy a replacement.

Mitsu suspension are cheap buy the aftermarket. like KYB or other brand that cheap but durable. good luck

its lower, I have no idea why, we had a customer come in complaining about it and insisted we change the rear struts and springs, so I did and when I was finished there may have been a 1/4 inch difference, the only sad thing is the customer, knowing the parts were changed looked at the car and said "There now that sits better!". I just bit my tongue.
