Substitute Penrite CVT Fluid V with Penrite CVT Chain?

Hi guys, I have a 2010 Lancer with a F1CJA CVT transmission. I ordered Penrite's CVT fluid V that is recommended but received the CVT Chain fluid instead. Does anyone know if I can still use this fluid in my car as I urgently need it running again or do I HAVE to get the CVT Fluid V instead?
