Trunk lid opener & electrical scheme

Hi everyone,

I am from Russia. I have bought Lancer X Sedan 1.8 MT. Unfortunately for Russia Mitsubishi Motors is produced cars without Trunk lid opener. I have found that in MMC USA:
5927A013 LATCH,TRUNK LID
5927A004 SWITCH,TRUNK LID OPENER
MB590337 RETAINER,TRUNK LID LOCK CYLINDER
8608A157 SWITCH,TRUNK LID OPENER inside car
I can buy it separately and install on my car, but in service manual I didn't find any scheme for connection it to car. I heard that for the USA Mitsubishi Motors is produced the cars with such devices. Could you please provide me with information about that and may be someone have a electrical scheme for connection it to car? Any ideas?

RE: Trunk lid opener & electrical scheme

the trunk opener on a US model is operated with a manual lever that is cable driven. there is no inside switch. the latch and deck lid switch works with the keyless operating system. does your model have a KOS?

RE: Trunk lid opener & electrical scheme

Thanks a lot for answer. Where is right place of KOS? Where can I find it?

What about opener button on lid. Does a US model have such button or uses key for opening lid.
