Cant find timing chain parts

I have a Mitsubishi Mirage 1.2 Petrol 2013
VIN. number-MMCXNA03ADH001195
Engine code: 3a92
I'm looking for the entire timing chain set and I can't find it anywhere.
Do I have to replace the entire set or just the chain and tensioner?
