1996 Montero SR repair manuals...
Can anyone recommend a place to purchase a repair manual for the above.
Why is it so difficult getting any information on this vehicle? I am with ALLDataDiy.com and even they are rather skimpy.

Try looking at this Russian site.
You can't purchase manuals from them, but they have it in PDF so you can print sections if you like.
Hope this helps while your looking for a hard copy.

I need to know how to get into the rear door panel to get it unlocked. I can hear the lock trying to open but the connection between the handle and the lock does not work. thanks It is a 1996 Montero sr
