Hi ! My 2002 months metro won’t crank , lights on dash normal , battery ok , turn key all the way but is dead nothing happens

If you are certain that the battery is OK, then the issue will be isolated to the following 3 areas:
1. Bad neutral safety switch
2. Bad starter
3. Bad ignition switch

Neutral safety switch is the easiest to check. Put transmission in Neutral (between R and D, not in Park) and try to start it. It may dtart in Neutral but not in Park. You can also check the pins on the switch to see if they have continuity in appropriate positions.
Second easiest is to check is voltage to starter solenoid when you turn the key to start. You may need a helper for this. Depending on all these tests you'd know which part needs replacement
