2001 Monty with 3.5L crank won't start

Hi, I have 2001 Montero with 3.5L 6G74 engine (SOHC). I bought this SUV with partially disassembled engine to restore it. I put all parts together but car won't start at all. I worked on 6g72 engines before so i am familiar with Mitsubishi (my favorite brand). So there is data: timing belt is properly installed (checked 4 times to make sure it is correct). All marks are where they should be. Ignition coils are good, cables and proper (Ir) spark plugs are brand new and produce spark. Fuel pump operates (fuel flows when I crank and back flow goes back to tank). Fuel is fresh and not contaminated. I don't have pressure test parts but it seems like there is a pressure in hi pressure line. Injectors are all 14-15 Ohms and harness provides battery power to them(to keep them closed). When i crank there is 5% ignition advance so crank sensor works. Camshaft sensor seems like sending data too as voltage changes from 0 to 5 volts (pulsing). So far I discovered that there is no pulsating voltage at injectors. I know that if camshaft positioning sensor is not sensing TDC of 1st cylinder ECU cuts off fuel but I don't know if it cuts pump (as on 6G72 when there is a crank sensor malfunction) or cuts injector impulse. Any ideas?

I've already checked all threads and did not find an answer.

Forgot to mention. I used AUTEL high end computer to see if there any problem and it did not find any problem. So there is no code at all.
