2003 Montero Limited rear AC - Heat

Air does not come out from the roof vents in the 2nd and 3rd row seats, any ideas? The AC and Heater work just fine and cold and hot air blow out from all other ducts (dash and lower level ducts in the 2nd and 3rd row).
