97 sunroof rebuild guidance
 

My son's 97ls sunroof needs TLC.

• We have the rear headliner out already for some other repairs.
• Sunroof does not leak.
• Sunroof opens a few inches and closes using the electric motor. It clearly gets jammed. I have not tried to manually push it any farther.
• Pretty sure the system is just gummed up as the car is in good shape otherwise and the original owner reports it worked before.

Are there any good references out there for taking it apart to clean and lube? I have the factory manual but it leaves alot to the imagination. I was hoping to find a good build thread or similar?
