Some 168K miles
Dropped off smoking and told the water pump needs replaced. We replaced it but the thermostat won’t indicate any change in temperature and the coolant won’t leave the overflow reservoir.

Theres es a clip we don’t know it’s home.

One of the spark plug wires won’t clip.

Suggestions?

This middle clip doesn’t wanna clip

 

Use couple of small zip-ties on the coil connector to keep it in place. You many need to string two small ones inline to get lengthwise around the coil. It will keep it from slipping off due to engine vibration.
