Wrecked my 91 4 door, 5 speed Montero – wondering if I canuse parts to convert my 91 4 door, automatic Montero so I can flat tow itbehind my motorhome


1 – The automatic does not have a Neutral detent for thetransfer, so I don’t trust it to remain locked out; Can the 5 speed transfer bemounted to the automatic


2 – Believe this can be done – change the automatic to a 5speed, using the transmission, transfer, drive shafts and clutch; Question is,has anyone done this and is it a major undertaking
