Default Clanking noise comming fron front diff when in 4x4

Noise from my front diff when in 4x4
2006 3.0 4wd (not awd) Venezuela

So we have a trip comming up and my front diff makes a clanking noise when in 4x4, either in 4h or 4L

Waiting on the 4x4 solenoid pack but I can feel the vacum with my finger when the car is on and if I engage 4x4 the vaccum line changes side as it should.

The actuator is greased and my truck has no rust at all, like zero. Also checked the vaccums at the actuator and they seem fine.

The 4x4 engages, we lifted the truck up and the wheels are spinning front and back.
The noise comes from the front diff, like dead center

any thoughts?
thanks in advance

This is a guess, but maybe something busted in the front differential? I have a kubota that made about that sound, when I took it apart there were parts of gears and ball bearings all crushed up in the bottom of the knuckle housing. I wouldn't run it any more, and take apart where the sound is coming from. With a sound that loud, it should be visually apparent. Assuming its not the CV shafts (its hard to tell from the video). CV shafts can make a click when dying. Hope this helps, I'm not an expert
