Cruis control cable on 98 soort
 

I recently did a rebuild on my 98 sport. I have no ideal how the second cable hooks up to the throttle mechanism, and if it is even for cruise or shifter. The throttle cable connects perfect but the second cable is way to loose. Almost like the spring got turned around or the cable should go underneath to attach but the guide will only allow from the top? Anyone familiar with this?

My just bought a 2004 Voyager Eddie Bauer, 4.6L and the journey control isn't working. I checked on the strings posted on this site and long story short, everything electrical is working. The issue is the voyage control link plastic clasp, where it appends to the throttle body has a little piece broken out of it.. simply the littlest little piece is missing, obviously it's sufficient for the link to tumble off very quickly.
