Display Showing 0 Miles until empty.
2001 Mitsubishi Montero Limited.
Noticed my display is saying "0 miles to empty" with the orange lettering but have about a quarter of a tank left. Trying to see if there is a part to fix or simple fix.

The mileage estimates get out of whack every time battery is disconnected. It will reset to more normal distancecafter few fillups. The longest time I had this happrn was about 3 fillip. It was rather the opposite - max mileage showing no matter how much gas i had in the rank. It reset eventually to correct numbers. Don't sweat it.
