Does 05 Montero have fender parking lights?
 

We just bought an 05 Montero. The Mitsu dealer said both front parking lamp bulbs need to be replaced. However, all of the front lights are on and working. We confirmed with him that he was referring to the orange lights that are on the front side fenders.

We checked for the socket to replace the bulbs but there is no such socket or cables. Therefore, we are led to believe that these are just orange reflectors and not actually used for light bulbs.

Can anyone confirm if these are in fact reflectors or should have bulbs?

My husband figured out that the bulb the dealer was referring to is actually in the front of the car...right above the signal lights.

The orange lights on the side fenders are indeed reflectors.

The "orange" lights on the sides are just that, lights...not reflectors. They come on every time a door is opened, day or night.

They are reflectors on mine..no bulbs. I think we are talking about the ones on the side of the front fenders.
