My dome light in my '02 Limited(just purchased) is inop. Small lights on floor work so switch is OK. No juice to fixture in roof. Found fuse under hood, access restricted to dome and radio(17 and 18) fuses by yellow housing around around both fuses and fuse holders, locking fuses in place. Dome fuse appears intact, so since switch is in door, flexible wiring going from front OD door into body is suspect.

Has anyone else dealt with the yellow housing in the fuse box, and frayed? Wires from the switch?

Wonder who the midget genius who designed the fused under left panel that one can only read from ground level.
