Electrical Starting Problem
 

Drove 1995 Montero SR, 3.5 DOHC 20 minutes. Shut off. Starts, drove 2 minutes. Shut off, nothing on restart-1, restart-2 dash lights no starter cranking. Restart-3 nothing no dash lights. Restart-4 or 5 Turn on head lights started right up. WTF?

Periodically turning the key results in no dash lights or cranking. Jump, same same, nothing. Tow truck comes, jump works, starts right up. WTF?

battery new 5/2022. 12.7 volts cold. Alternator pushing 14.5 volts. Napa Auto says +700 amps, rated for 650 amps.

any ideas? Solenoid some where failing?
