Default First post - MS E-Locker install and things

Hello to a Rare Mitsu Forum.

I've a '97 MS bought for $1K (tire replacement 2011 cost more) 2012 in Texas. Drove it home (FL) and use Monty for swamp adventures. Installed a 2" lift, OMEmu torsion bars + leaf spings, ARB Bull Bar, changed out timing belt, idler pulleys, tensioners, water pump, sparks/wires, DIY rear bumper with a toyoto Spare Tire swing. Few other things... About 197K miles on it now.

Last trip out was interesting. 3' deep water holes along trail. Stuck 3 X's. Lost 4wdL. shifter won't engage from 4wdH to L. Been collecting posts on that cause/fix. #1 on the Fix List, TCase Fulcrum Ball replacement.

Looking for a rear locker to install. Does anyone have experience with E-Lockers? Want to avoid air hose or anything else that can be damaged by rocks and tree roots. exhaust pipe took a rock hit on way out. (note to Dummy. Put the skid plate back on)

Anyone with a small body lift, what size tires can I max out on the MS? currently 31x10.5x15. (10 years old. Only use Monty 4 or 5 times a year). want to go 33x10.5x15 or can I go 11.5 or 12.5? Don't know about turn radius with the fatter shoes.

Lastly, anyone done Ball Joint Spacers? searched through 4crawler site. hard/easy install? was it worth it?

Thanks for your help/info.
