Flushing cooling system on 2003 Montero Sport XLS

Flushing cooling system on 2003 Montero Sport XLS
Want to flush my cooling system, and was reading instructions on how to go about it. I found the two coolant hoses coming out of the firewall, but not sure which is the inlet house I am suppose to attach T to.
