Default Hard to start when warm

So this has happened a few times now but of course with no consistency. Truck starts up great when cold but occasionally when warm, I have to crank it 2-4x to get it to go and then it runs fine.

When I do crank it, it sounds like a dead battery as nothing turns over. Second and third time I crank it sounds like a little juice is there and then it will just turn over like normal and run fine. Plugs just changed within the last 10k and new air filter. Had the battery checked about two months ago and all was well.

Thoughts anyone? Or anything I should try? It's hard because it does not happen consistently which makes me think something is on it's way out.

Thanks for the heads up. How long do starters typically last for?
